Meet Archer — the sweet, thoughtful brother with the cuddly side! Born in early March and rescued from Texas alongside his littermates, Archer is currently about 20 pounds and is expected to grow into a large German Shepherd mix.

While his brother rushes headfirst into adventure, Archer prefers to pause, take in the situation, and then jump in once he’s figured things out. He has a calmer personality and absolutely loves cuddle time with his people. Archer is the kind of puppy who balances playful energy with a gentle, affectionate nature.

Archer is working hard on potty training and leash skills and continues to improve every day. He currently lives with two older dogs who are helping guide him, as well as a human foster sister. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and should do great with children, though like all teething puppies, he’ll need some continued guidance around very young kids.

Archer would make a wonderful companion for a family looking for a loving, loyal pup to grow up with. He’s equal parts sweet, smart, and snuggly — and he’s ready to find his forever home.

Archer is about 9 weeks old and 20 lbs.

Archer is ready for his forever home. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccines, his adoption fee is $350.00. If you have any questions not answered in this bio email us at [email protected] or to fill out an app to apply for adoption of this cutie, click HERE.

    interested in adopting?

The first step is for you to fill out an adoption application.  In order to meet and greet available dogs, we must receive a completed application. Approval for adoption requires a successful home visit and veterinary reference.  Applying to adopt and meeting a potential dog does not obligate you to adopt the dog you meet and greet.  If it is not a match for you or them, adoption will not take place.
