Meet Paula, a 4 year old 70 pound Shepard mix, Paula was really scared in the shelter but in her foster home she has opened up and is learning to trust again, she will need a patient family that will give her time to get to know them, she likes to be with her person, she walks very good on a leash and loves to go for walks, since she is little scared she would be better in a home with older children, she would be better with a male dog or she would be fine being the only dog, unsure about cats but best guess would be no cats ,she rides good in the car, a fenced in area is best depending on area, she is kennel trained to sleep in kennel at night but would probably be okay not being kenneled, but if kenneled she will whine unless kennel is in the same room as you are in, Paula likes to sit by you and get loved on, she is spayed, housebroke micro-chipped, up to date on vaccines and is on heartworm/flea/tick preventative, her adoption fee is $250.00 Paula is very sweet just needs a patient, loving person, if you are that person and want to know more about Paula email firstname.lastname@example.org or to fill out app go to projecthoperescue.org
interested in adopting?
The first step is for you to fill out an adoption application. In order to meet and greet available dogs, we must receive a completed application. Approval for adoption requires a successful home visit and veterinary reference. Applying to adopt and meeting a potential dog does not obligate you to adopt the dog you meet and greet. If it is not a match for you or them, adoption will not take place.
