Meet Nick!
Nick is a handsome 73 lb, 3-year-old Flat-Coated Retriever with a heart as big as his smile. He is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to find his forever home. He enjoys walks, playing with his canine friends, and hanging out with his family, but he's just as happy relaxing by your side. If you're looking for a loyal companion, Nick is your guy! He's a true Velcro dog who loves being with his people and will happily follow you wherever you go. Nick is doing wonderfully with the dogs and children in his current foster home. Because he experiences some separation anxiety, he would do best in a home with another dog to keep him company. A fenced in backyard is required too. Nick is not crate trained and does not enjoy being confined. He has done well being left out in the house and has not been destructive when left alone. Nick is still working on his basic manners and would benefit from continued training. Car rides are another area where Nick needs a little help—he gets anxious and tends to bark during the drive. interested in adopting? The first step is for you to fill out an adoption application. In order to meet and greet available dogs, we must receive a completed application. Approval for adoption requires a successful home visit and veterinary reference. Applying to adopt and meeting a potential dog does not obligate you to adopt the dog you meet and greet. If it is not a match for you or them, adoption will not take place. CategoriesArchives |
