Who says blind puppies can’t have a blast? Not me! Hi, I’m Nugget (or Chicken Nugget, as my friends like to call me), and I’m here to prove that life is fun, even if I can’t see! I was pulled from a scary Alabama shelter and now I’m living it up at my foster home in Battle Creek, Michigan, hoping to find my forever family.
I’m a 3-month-old Lab mix, around 25 lbs and growing fast. I’m already fully vetted and working hard on my potty and crate training—pretty impressive, right? I use pee pads when I need to, and I absolutely love playing outside with my doggie friends. I haven’t met any cats yet, but with a little guidance, I think I could get along with them just fine! I would probably do best with older kids, and the kitties might startle me. At first, I might seem a little shy, but once I warm up, you’ll see that I’m full of love and playfulness. Because I’m blind (we don’t know why), I can get startled easily, so I need a family that’s patient and understanding. Oh, and a fully FENCED-IN yard would be awesome for my adventures and to keep me safe! My adoption fee is $350 and if you have any questions about me, please email [email protected] If you think we’d be a perfect match, please fill out the adoption application HERE. I can’t wait to meet you!

interested in adopting? The first step is for you to fill out an adoption application. In order to meet and greet available dogs, we must receive a completed application. Approval for adoption requires a successful home visit and veterinary reference. Applying to adopt and meeting a potential dog does not obligate you to adopt the dog you meet and greet. If it is not a match for you or them, adoption will not take place. CategoriesArchives |
