Sammy is a 6 month old, 12 lb Shep/Lab mix. She is extremely fearful of everything until she gets to know you. She gets very nervous on car rides and does not walk well on a leash. She gets along great with other dogs and is very submissive, but we don't know how she gets along with cats. She is almost housebroken and is crate trained. Until Sammy gets to know you, she will run from you, so a home with older or no kids is preferred. A physical fenced yard and another young dog for her to play with is required, no exceptions. Once she is comfortable with her surroundings, she will cuddle with you on the couch and she loves ear rubs. Sammy is not for the first time dog owner and someone that has experience with feral or very shy dogs is preferred. Sammy is spayed, up tp date on shots and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300.00. If you have questions about her not covered in this bio, please email projecthoperescue@gmail.com. To apply to adopt, visit our website at http://www.projecthoperescue.org.

interested in adopting? The first step is for you to fill out an adoption application. In order to meet and greet available dogs, we must receive a completed application. Approval for adoption requires a successful home visit and veterinary reference. Applying to adopt and meeting a potential dog does not obligate you to adopt the dog you meet and greet. If it is not a match for you or them, adoption will not take place. CategoriesArchives |
