Providing foster and veterinary care for rescued animals while finding their "furever" homes

welcome to Project Hope Animal Rescue

We are a 501c3 rescue that focuses on pulling dogs on death row from high kill shelters. We are a foster-based care for life rescue. The mission of Project Hope Animal Rescue is to reduce the needless suffering of animals through educational and financial assistance programs designed to help reduce the overpopulation of companion animals. Project Hope will also rescue unwanted animals with the goal of placing them into loving homes. For those animals for which adoption is not possible, we will provide a lifetime of loving care.

Adoptable Dogs

Puppies and dogs available for adoption will be posted here when they are ready for adoption.  In order to adopt a dog, you must submit an application, your application must be approved, you must pass a successful home visit and reference check, and your entire family must meet and greet the available dog.  Adoption will not take place until we have found a good fit for both you and the dog.

Foster a Dog

Our Foster Families help us provide the best possible in-home care for all our dogs until they are ready to be adopted and play a very important role in Project Hope Animal Rescue’s success rate in finding “furever” homes.

All veterinary care, food, and other animal supplies are provided by Project Hope Animal Rescue. Fostering can last from a few days to several months, depending on the needs of the animals and the availability of the Foster Family.

Attend a Fundraiser

Watch our support page for upcoming fundraisers. From Strawberry, Blues, & Apple Festivals to craft shows, there's sure to be something that makes your tail wag.

Donate Now

We are strictly funded by your generous donations and fundraising activities.  It can cost up to $2500 or more per dog to rescue them, have them vetted age appropriately, and spayed/neutered.  Our adoption fee ranges from $175-$300, so we are only able to do this with your help.  Thank you from all of us here at Project Hope Animal Rescue for your help in saving these incredible dogs...we can't do it without you!  We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization, which means your donation is tax deductible.
