Hi there! I’m Zoey, a 1 year old Great Dane/Lab mix with a lot of love to give. I was rescued from a scary kill shelter in Alabama, but now I’m safe and sound, staying with a foster family in here in Quincy, MI, but I can’t wait to find my forever family.
I’m about 69 pounds of pure fun and sweetness!. Running around and playing are some of my favorite things to do, so I’m hoping my new home has a fully FENCED-IN YARD where I can let loose and show off my zoomies. Being a puppy, I’m really into chewing, so I’ll need plenty of toys to keep me busy. I’d be so happy to have another medium to large size dog buddy to play with too! Right now, I’m working on building my confidence with my foster mom, who is a trainer, and learning some cool things like basic obedience and a fun trick called “touch.” I also know sit, down, and paws up, love walks, do well with a gentle leader and/or a harness. Lick mats, kongs and tennis balls are also things that I enjoy. I’m a quick learner and super curious about everything around me. I might be a little shy when I first meet new people, but don’t worry—once I get to know you, I’ll be your best friend forever. I’m calm most of the time, but I do get bursts of energy where I just have to run around and have some fun. I’m fully-vetted, pretty good on a leash, housebroken and I’m crate-trained, too. I even enjoy car rides! And guess what? I love water—especially splashing around in my turtle pool. If you think we’d be a good match, let’s meet! My adoption fee is $300, and I promise I’m worth every penny. Questions about me? Please email [email protected]. Ready to bring me home? Click HERE. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hello everyone! My name is Rory, and I’m so excited to introduce myself. I’m a cute little 5-month-old petite female Lab mix weighing in at 24lbs. I came to my foster home in Monroe, MI with my two sisters, and we made some pawsome new friends here – a sweet foster dog sister and a fun dog foster brother and I met my foster cousin! We were rescued in Texas with our mom when things weren’t going so well, but Project Hope swooped in and saved us. Now, I’m ready to find my forever family!
I’m working really hard on learning to go potty outside, but sometimes I just can’t hold it yet. Luckily, my foster mom has puppy pads for me, and I use those when needed. I get to go play outside with the big boys in the fenced in yard, and I love running back to the door with the other dogs – especially because I get a treat! I even know how to sit when it’s time for those yummy treats, I’m learning the meaning of gentle when it’s time for my treat. One of my favorite things is being held and snuggled, and if you ask, I’ll happily give you a little puppy kiss! I love belly rubs, I’ll even let you know when I want one with a yip. I love playing with stuffed animals, especially the ones that crinkle - they're so much fun! I’ve met the neighbors and I really liked their little boy and girl. There are cats upstairs in my foster home, I’ve ventured up there a few times, and they seem to like me. I would rather play with their toys then talk to them though. I just know there's someone out there who will fall in love with me and want to bring me home. Could that be you? I'm spayed, fully-vetted, microchipped and my adoption fee is $350. Questions about me? Please email [email protected]. Ready to bring me home? Fill out the adoption application HERE. Hey there, I'm Skymir, your lively 1.5 year-old male black lab mix, weighing in at a solid 49 pounds. My tail never stops wagging, and my heart is as big as they come. I found myself alone in a southern shelter when I was just a puppy. I was so scared, but thankfully a kind rescuer scooped in to save me. Now I’m here in Michigan (being fostered near Coldwater) looking for my forever family!
I live for those moments of butt wiggles and playful romps with my foster siblings. Chewing on a good, hard bone? It's my idea of heaven. My playful spirit shines through in everything I do, from chasing squirrels to snuggling up after a long day. I'm a quick learner, especially when treats are involved! Training sessions are my jam, and I'm always eager to please. Sometimes I get a bit too excited and might jump up, but with a little patience and guidance, I'll get the hang of it. At first, I might be a bit reserved, but give me some time, and I'll warm up to you in no time. Crisp mornings call for cuddles in my cozy crate, while sunny afternoons are perfect for basking in the warmth of the sun. I would thrive in a home with a FENCED-IN YARD where I can run and explore to my heart's content. Whether I'm playing with another dog or keeping an active family on their toes, I'm happiest when I have company. I’m fully-vetted l, housebroken, crate-trained and ready to join your family with an adoption fee of $300. Questions? Shoot an email to [email protected]. Ready to make me a part of your family? She is a 3 year old, 51 pound female lab who has been working hard at her obedience training program here in Cereal City, and let me tell you, she's been doing fantastic! She's been mastering her on and off leash skills, and she's eager to show off everything she's learned to her new forever family. This spayed Labrador retriever is as friendly as can be, and she absolutely adores making new friends. Whether it's with other dogs, kids, or even adults, Poptart is always ready with a wagging tail and a big ol' smile on her face. She is up to date on shots and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY APPLICANTS WITHIN A 90 MINUTE RADIUS OF BATTLE CREEK MICHIGAN WILL BE CONSIDERED! Meet Jacob!! He is a 6 month old, 22 pound (and growing) male white german shepherd who found himself in a Texas shelter with a toe injury. He has recovered well and made his way up to Michigan in search of his forever home.
He is all ears and all cute! Jacob gets along great with other dogs and loves to play. He is crate and house trained and an all around smart boy, typical of his breed. He is a little shy at first, but comes right out of his shell after a bit. A home with a another playful dog is preferred. Jacob is neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $350.00. Please email us at [email protected] if you have questions about him. Ready to fill out an adoption application? Click HERE. My name is Jolee and I am a 3 year old, 60 pound female labrador. My foster Mom in Texas says that I was used by a breeder and then either left in a shelter or they found me on the streets. She says I am a perfect girl and my current foster Mom agrees with her.
I am a laid back, mellow girl, loves and searches for affection, cuddles, and I love when you tell me that you love me! It is really easy to fall in love with me. I walk great on a leash, love car rides and wear my bandana. I get along with dogs and cats. Great with kids, don't jump on people and easy going. I am shy in the beginning, but once I start knowing everyone around and feel safe, I am the happiest. I am currently staying in Battle Creek with my foster family. I should live in a home with a fenced-in yard to keep me safe. I am fully-vetted, microchipped, and my adoption fee is $300. If you have any questions or concerns about me, just shoot an email over to [email protected]. Ready to apply for me, click HERE. Once upon a time, there was a little 6-month old pup named Jagger, known lovingly to his friends as "Jaggy" or "Radar." Don’t let his small size of 30 lbs or his blindness fool you—Jaggy’s heart is as big as they come, and his spirit is even bigger. This little guy is always on the go, whether he is hopping into a car for a joyride, sniffing around the great outdoors, or gathering up his beloved toys (he may have a slight habit of stockpiling them, but hey, every explorer needs his treasure, right?). Jaggy has a way of sensing the world that is magical to see. Though his eyes don’t work, his nose and ears are like a map, guiding him safely through his adventures. He can trot around the yard or settle at his family’s feet, always with his signature tail wag and joyful heart. And despite his blindness, he never misses a beat when it comes to being the loyal, loving companion he dreams of being. All Jaggy needs now is his forever family—a family who will appreciate his quirks, his collection of toys, and his warm little snuggles. A fenced yard would help him feel secure, and a loving family would make him feel right at home. Jaggy gets along well with other dogs, and even cats are no problem for him. He is ready to be the perfect friend for anyone who opens their heart to him. If you or someone you know has a place for this sweet, adventurous, and absolutely amazing pup, please reach out to Project Hope Animal Rescue. Because Jaggy’s forever family is out there somewhere, and he’s ready to fill their lives with all the love, loyalty, and joy they could ask for. His adoption fee is $350. If you have any questions or concerns about Jagger, please email us at [email protected]. Ready to submit an application, click HERE. Hi friends, I'm Blake, a big hunk of puppy love with an even bigger heart! At 5 months old and 52 lbs, I'm still growing into my paws and discovering the joys of the world. I’m most likely a Spaniel/Pointer mix and I think I’m going to be a bigger boy. I'm super friendly and submissive to other dog pals, and I dream of finding a forever home with a furry companion to share my adventures with. I love giving my canine friends kisses and doing laps together around the yard. My forever home will definitely need a fully FENCED-IN yard and a doggie best friend for me.
I’m being fostered near Coldwater, Michigan. Life has been a whirlwind of new experiences since I arrived here, and I'm still getting used to being inside a home. But hey, I've already nailed crate and house training, so I'm a quick learner! While I'm still figuring out this whole leash thing, I'm making progress one paw at a time. With a bit of patience and a lot of love, I know I'll get there. I haven’t had any exposure to cats yet, and I think I’d do well with children over 6 years old. I’m fully-vetted and my adoption fee is $350.00. Are you the family I've been waiting for? If you have questions about me, please email [email protected]. Ready to bring me home? To fill out the adoption application, click HERE. Let's embark on this journey together and make memories that will last a lifetime! You’ve been looking for love, and here I am! My name is Haysel, and I’m a 4-year-old Husky mix who’s as sweet as can be. I came all the way from Louisiana, rescued right before a hurricane, and now I’m looking for my forever family.
I have the prettiest ice-blue eyes and the cutest freckles, if I do say so myself. Every morning, I’ll greet you with kisses in exchange for pets – it’s our special little routine. Oh, and I love to play! Toys are my favorite, especially outside ones, where we can play keep-away. I’m also pretty clever when it comes to getting treats from my treat ball! I love going for walks, and I’ve mastered all kinds of terrain. I’ll jump over fallen trees, weave around fence posts and stroll through tall grass like it’s nothing. I think I’d make a great hiking buddy if you’re up for adventures! I’m also a good passenger in the car, so road trips are no problem. When it’s time to relax, I’m right there with you – I’ll nap when you nap, and I’ll sleep through the night without making a peep. I’m happiest around my humans, and while I haven’t been around other pets (except a horse I sniffed with no reaction), I’m sure I’ll settle in just fine. I do have a couple of quirks – kennels aren’t really my thing, and I sometimes need a little help when it comes to chewing, but with some guidance, I know I can be my best self. If you live near Battle Creek or Marshall, MI, we can make it easy for you to meet me! I’m ready to bring lots of love and fun to my new forever home. Could that be with you? I’m fully-vetted and my adoption fee is $300. Questions about me? Please email [email protected]. Ready to bring me home? Fill out the adoption application HERE. I can’t wait to meet you! Oak is approximately 6 months neutered male. A little timid at first. Once he feels you are safe, he will be your best bud. He loves other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog to play and learn from. He's pretty chill so he'd do just fine without a fenced-in yard.. I don’t believe he’s going to get a whole lot bigger than he is now 30-40 lbs . I wouldn’t recommend a family with small children because he is still a puppy. He does well with cats and will chase if they run. He’s been reprimanded by the resident cats and pretty much ignores them now. We are located in Albion, Michigan. His adoption fee is $350.00.
If you have any questions or concerns about Oak, please email us at [email protected]. Ready to adopt, click HERE. Hey there, I’m Zero! My foster family gave me that name because they say I remind them of the dog from The Nightmare Before Christmas. I was found wandering the streets of Louisiana and found myself scared and alone at a high-kill shelter. Luckily, Project Hope rescued me. I’ve made my way north and now I’m ready to find my forever family!
I’m about 2 years old, weigh 45 pounds, and have short, fluffy black fur with some bronze mixed in. People say my deep brown eyes are pretty hard to resist. I’m probably a mix of a bully breed, Shar-Pei and Lab, but all I know is I’m 100% lovable and loyal. I live with my foster family in Saginaw, Michigan, and boy, is it a full house! There’s my foster mom, five human kids, two dog siblings (one’s a Great Dane, so she’s huge!), a cat and even a rabbit. I get along great with the other dogs, and I’m trying really hard to get used to the cat and the rabbit too. I also love every human I meet—big, small, young, old—I’m friends with everyone! When I’m not running zoomies in the backyard with the other dogs, I’m working on my training. I’ve already mastered “sit,” “here,” and “down,” and I’m learning more commands like “leave it” and “off.” My foster mom says I’m a quick learner, and with a little time and patience, I can do just about anything. Also, I’ll need a fully FENCED-IN YARD so I can run and play until my heart’s content! I love chewing on toys, especially horns, antlers, and stuffies, and I take treats gently. I sleep all night in my bed in my foster mom’s room without any accidents. I’m not a fan of getting on the furniture—no couches or human beds for me, thanks! I just like to be near you, whether it’s at your feet or next to your chair. I’m working on crate training, too. It’s not my favorite, but I’m getting better since I know my foster mom always comes back for me. Car rides make me a little nervous, but I’m improving there as well—I prefer hanging out in the back seat. I’m a sweet, goofy and devoted pup who just wants to follow my people from room to room and be with them always. Could you be the one I’ve been waiting for? My adoption fee is $300, and I’m fully-vetted and microchipped. Questions about me? Email [email protected]. If you think we’re a perfect match, fill out an adoption application HERE. I can’t wait to meet you! Howdy! I’m Hope, a beautiful 1-year-old, 40-pound black Lab mix with one ear that just loves to flip the wrong way—it’s kind of my signature look! I had a lot of things stacked against me - I was a black dog living in a Texas shelter and I had Parvo - both of which can be a death sentence for a lot of dogs - but I was so lucky to have been Rescued by Project Hope! I don’t even have any lasting side effects of the Parvo - how lucky am I?!
At my first foster home in Texas, I discovered two things I absolutely love: water and playing fetch with my doggy friends. Now that I’m in Monroe, Michigan, I’m living with a couple of tiny humans (toddlers), a kid and my foster sister dog, and I adore them all! I play hard, but I cuddle even harder. My favorite toys are balls and my stuffed dragon, Pete. I’m also a big fan of snuggling on the couch after a fun day of fetch. I’m housebroken, love riding in a car, crate-trained and love my crate. I even cuddle with the resident dog in my crate. I know a lot of basic commands, though I’m still learning how to walk nicely on a leash. I’m a quick learner, so I’ll get it soon with a little more practice! I’d do best in a home with another dog to play with, an active family to keep me engaged and a FENCED-IN YARD where I can run and play fetch to my heart’s content. I’m fully-vetted, microchipped and my adoption fee is $300. If you think we could be the perfect match, I’d love to meet you! If you have any questions about me, please email [email protected]. Ready to bring me home? Please fill out an adoption application HERE. Let’s play fetch and then snuggle up for some couch time—I can’t wait to be your forever buddy! Hi there! My name is Alfie, and I’m on the lookout for a family that can keep up with my energy and love my goofy antics! I’m a 30-pound Jack Russell/Beagle mix, and even though I’m 1 year old, I still act like the playful puppy that I am. I was rescued from a southern shelter just in the nick of time, and now I’m hanging out with my foster family in Battle Creek, MI, on the lookout for my forever home.
I’ve got a body that just can’t stop wiggling with excitement, but I’m super treat-motivated, so I think I’ll be easy to train. I’m crate-trained and housebroken, and I have an obsession with shoes if left unsupervised. I think it’s because they smell like my people! I adore my dog siblings and my 10-year-old human foster sister, although sometimes they remind me to chill out when I get a little too excited. I love to play with them, but I respect their space when they need a break. Because I’m still working through my puppy nibbling phase, I’d probably do best in a home with older children. I enjoy going on walks, but my absolute favorite thing is chasing squirrels, so I’ll need a fully FENCED-IN YARD to keep me safe during my squirrel patrols! I also ride well in the car, but I might need a little help getting in. My dream forever family is active, ready to help me work on my puppy habits, and willing to shower me with as much love as I’m ready to give them. I’m already fully-vetted, microchipped and ready to be yours for an adoption fee of $300! If you have any questions about me, feel free to email at [email protected]. Nugget (Chicky/Nuggy as we like to call him) says hold my pup cup, and I'll show you ! This handsome lab mix boy is approximately 4.5 months old, 35 lbs and growing, fully vetted, and looking for his next adventure with his forever family. Nugget is potty and crate trained. He loves being outside and playing with other dogs. Cat compatibility is unknown, but with proper introduction and training, he should do fine. He is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. Because of his blindness (unknown cause), he does startle easily and will need a family who is patient, understanding, and can help him with his confidence. Nugget does require a fully fenced yard. He is fully vetted and microchipped. If you have any questions not answered here, please email us at [email protected]. Ready to send in an adoption application, click HERE. Hi there! My name is Faye, and I’m a female 3-year-old black Lab/German Shepherd mix with a lot of love to give. I weigh about 60lbs and have a shiny black coat that I love showing off. I’ve got a half flip (one ear up, one down), which everyone says makes me look extra cute! Before I was rescued, I found myself in dire straits - as a black dog in a southern shelter, my odds weren’t very good. I’m currently living with a wonderful foster family in Byron Center, MI, but what I really want is a forever home where I can share all my love and happiness.
I absolutely love people and get along great with dogs of all sizes. Playing outside is one of my favorite things to do, especially when I get to catch frisbees or patrol the yard for squirrels. I have a special stuffed toy, my “baby,” that I carry around gently—I never tear it apart because it’s my favorite. I’m very in tune with my person and love going on adventures. I’m gentle when taking treats and I’m quiet inside the house. I’ve learned some basic commands and am always eager to make my person happy. I walk on a leash, but sometimes I get excited and might lunge if I see another dog or a squirrel, so I need a fully FENCED-IN YARD to keep me safe. I’m housebroken, crate-trained, fully-vetted and ready to join your family with an adoption fee of $300. If you have questions about me, please email [email protected]. Think we’re a perfect match? Please fill out the adoption application HERE. I can’t wait to meet you! Oh la la! My name is Paris and I’m a 7-month-old, 30lb black Lab mix and I’m très ready to find my forever home! I was rescued from a culvert in Alabama with my siblings and being able to live in a home with a family is fantastic! I sleep all night in my crate, tell my family when I need to go outside, and I'm an excellent traveler in the car. I’m being fostered in Battle Creek, Michigan.
I am an incredibly curious girl, have a lot of energy and I’m very eager to please you. I love the dog park and I have made so many friends there! I’m learning my commands and so far, I know sit, lay down, shake and wait. Plus, my leash skills are getting better every day! I'm still a little food insecure, so be careful of leaving food on the counter, but that also means I'm extremely food motivated - I'll do just about anything for a treat! I do have some anxiety around bath time, so my future family will need to work with me on that. I LOVE kids and I’m not very interested in cats. I’m fully-vetted and my adoption fee is $350. If you have any questions not answered in this bio, please email [email protected]. Ready to bring me home? CLICK HERE. I can’t wait to meet you! I will definitely bring a lot of life, laughs, and love to your home! |
interested in adopting? The first step is for you to fill out an adoption application. In order to meet and greet available dogs, we must receive a completed application. Approval for adoption requires a successful home visit and veterinary reference. Applying to adopt and meeting a potential dog does not obligate you to adopt the dog you meet and greet. If it is not a match for you or them, adoption will not take place. CategoriesArchives |
